There have been 27 different official versions of the flag of the United States to date with the last change made in 1960.
Flag Day is celebrated every year to commemorate the 1st official flag designated as such by the 1st Continental Congress in 1777.
It can be Flag Day every day when you display your own rustic, wooden version of your nation’s flag.
